Return & Refund Policy

Please note that we are just two people running Millennial Tarot, and we do our very best to fulfill your orders and provide excellent customer service. However, we're not perfect and apologize in advance for any errors that may occur. We are thrilled that you're interested in our deck and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or order confirmation email.

To start a return, contact us at scott@millennialtarot.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a photo of the issue at scott@millennialtarot.com so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Domestic (US) Shipping

All orders are shipped out the next business day or within two days of purchase (Monday through Saturday). We use USPS as our primary carrier but may occasionally use other carriers.

If you did not receive a tracking number via email, it's likely an error with our automatic email system — rest assured your shipment has likely been sent. Feel free to reach out and we'll get you the tracking info.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped within two days of purchase. We use USPS, FedEx, or other carriers for international shipments.

If you did not receive a tracking number via email, this sometimes happens with international orders because we need to create a customs form. Reach out and we'll sort it out.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your order number or order confirmation email.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 1 to 2 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at scott@millennialtarot.com.

Wholesale

Gen Z Tarot and Millennial Tarot are available for bulk or premium orders directly through the publisher. For pricing, availability, and delivery timelines:
