All orders are shipped out the next business day or within two days of purchase (Monday through Saturday). We use USPS as our primary carrier but may occasionally use other carriers.
All international orders are shipped within two days of purchase. We use USPS, FedEx, or other carriers for international shipments. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, it's likely an error with our automatic email system — rest assured your shipment has likely been sent. This happens occasionally with international orders because we need to create a customs form. Feel free to reach out and we'll get you the tracking info.
